I’m trying to reduce it to one day a week but I’ve noticed I am very agitated and upset without it.

Have you tried switching gradually away from refined white sugar to refined brown sugar?
Then to natural sugars obtained from honey or fruits and slowly reducing your daily sugar consumption over time.

Yep, because we're addicted to sugar. I'd say full time keto is better than 1 day of sugar, you're just going to be in a cycle of withdrawal

I hate the taste of brown sugar and most of the nice stuff have white sugar in it.
