Is it bad that when I think about the past I feel really depressed because I feel like my life was so much better and easier then?

I didn’t care about anything and I just got on with life. Now I care about everything far too much and I always worry if anyone would care if I wasn’t here.

It's not bad, it's not abnormal either but it's just not productive.

If you constantly "chase" living in the past, you'll one day find that you are at the end of your life and you have wasted your life away. Learn to live in the present - easier said than done.

I understand, but thing is I feel like I was sometimes happy then and I had friends. Now I have no friends and I’m always depressed.

I know this may be bad but I always think about the past or future, not the present.

I miss my childhood, when I was happy and it felt like everything was left to find. Now I feel fed up of everything and like there's nothing left for me, even though i'm only 21. There's nothing left for me to see, or nothing left for me to be.
