I have assessments coming up and I feel like I’m gonna flop. I need some motivation and encouragement. I dunno tbh why I’m feeling like this. It’s probs a bit of anxiety.

me too. it's so stressful, but our college have said that our grade can't be lowered to what we were working at before these assessments, so if we do flop then it's ok. so just go in and do your best! i'm sure you'll be fine!

My school said that our grade will be our average throughout the year so for me every exam counts 😫

Motivation doesn't come from the outside. It has to come from within. Also, motivation doesn't necessarily have to come before you begin an action. You can begin an action and the motivation will follow.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, split everything into smaller tasks and loosely plan out each day. That way, it feels like taking small steps at a time and not one huge project. In addition, every day you'll feel like you are making progress (which will increase your motivation).

Keep on pushing. Future-you will thank you
