Hi there I live and study in Scotland I’m at college and I applied for funding I don’t live with my parents I don’t receive any money from them and I pay my own bills however I only moved out in September 2020 and because I have only worked for two years I cant have my funding based on my income it’s based on my parents however my parents won’t give me there details etc tax and p60s I’ve explained to them why I need it but they won’t budge I don’t have a bad relationship with them they just don’t think it should be based on there income and since the college won’t allow me to identify as a self supporting student what do I do is there anyway I can appeal this?
