I had the depo injection (only once) in July 2020, had on and off bleeding, mainly on until November 2020, then didnt bleed until Jan 2021, pretty much until end of February when I took norethisterone, 3 days after taking for 7 days, i had a 3 day period (10th, 12th, 13th march) which anything between 3-5 days cycle is normal for me, but I still havent come on a period from then which i would of been due now. Is this common for it to arrive late? Im also not pregnant.

I've been on norethisterone before for irregular periods and mine went straight back to normal. If your period doesn't appear in the next week or so, or if it does appear but you find it's irregular for the next month too then ask your doctor
