is this age gap wrong?

I’m dating this guy who’s 23... I’m 17. the other day someone brought to my attention that it was weird to have this relationship with some one “so much older” than me. especially because I’m not 18. I never really thought so as I really like him, and as it seems, he returns those feelings. Should I be concerned about our age gap?

Legally it’s okay. Morally? I don’t think it’s normal. Don’t get me wrong I was attracted to older guys at 17 and I didn’t even realise myself how bad it was that a 27 year old fancied me at the time. It’s weird

No.
As long as he isn't coercing, manipulating or forcing you into having a relationship with him in any other way, it's not wrong.

It is fine- as long as there is nothing illegal going on, everything is consensual and the two of you are happy together.
I've always been attracted to guys who are much older.
As a 16-17 year old I dated guys in their 30s, 40s, 50s and early 60s.
Have never dated a guy in his 20s and never will.
Good luck!
