Hi everyone,

I wondered if anyone has ever had the message when trying to submit on Turnitin 'Your instructor has chosen to create a Grade Mark file in place of a submission for this assignment. You can no longer submit.'

I've contacted my tutor who is confused by it. I recently had a loss within the family which made me eligible for an extension. The cut off date for that submission was tomorrow at 4pm!

Unfortunately I don't think I'll hear back from our programme leader/uni until Monday when they are available... I'm wondering if my Tutor made a mistake and has marked it at a 0?

Does anyone have any idea so I might be able to rectify this issue?

Thank you from one worried student

Perhaps you can contact your personal tutor to have a more expediated response?

I've just read through the guidance on the Turnitin website and I think that you need to e-mail the tutor who set the piece of work and also copy in any other tutors such as your personal tutor so that someone can pick up the problem in the morning.
