im in year 12 atm and im looking to go to uni. i do a levels in business media and politics and looking to go to uni to do politics/international relations or something similar. is there anything i can do to put on my ucas and applications to make myself more attractive to the higher unis? any talks, organisations, extra curricular etc. i've seen some stuff for crimson education if anyones heard of that and can give me more info. but is there any talks or open days that anyone knows of that will be relevant? or anything outside of sixth form that will make me look better and help my personal statement?

Hello! I am in the same position as i am currently in year 12 and looking to better myself in preparation for uni applications. I think that doing an EPQ (if you can handle it alongside your A level studies of course) is a good way to help as it shows you can divide your time up efficiently and you can handle a lot of pressure. Volunteering is also an option; remember that you can do things that arent even relevant to your chosen course but will still look good on your personal statement as it shows you are developing a wide set of soft and hard skills
Hope this helps!
