With consent? No, it's not illegal. It's probably against the T&Cs of the card though, so could be a breach of the agreement between the card holder and the issuer.

No, obviously not. There are very few things in law that consent does not vitiate, however it depends on what they use the card for, say you gave them your consent to use your card for a very specific purpose and they use it for something else, that would be illegal.

No- not illegal.
But you will be finacially liable for all the purchases and other credit card related activity of those that you authorise to use the credit card or disclose your pin to.

Pretty sure it could be illegal, under money laundering and fraud offences.

If you were letting a friend use your card to buy something for you when they go to the shop then no.

But if you’re letting someone else move money into and/or then out of your account. Yup you’re culpable. Especially if they offered ££ for letting them do it.

This is how people get markers on their credit file and have accounts shut down. Worse if it was bigger amounts, then the police can get involved.
