No STD, no UTI, what is it?

My boyfriend said it hurt to pee and a tiny drop of blood came out every now and then, it went and it came back again, his urine test came back with no infection so he had to re do it, I took a test for chlamydia etc and it’s came back clear, what else could it be?

Only your doctor can tell you that, after running more tests. Your boyfriend should be tested for STDs as well as you for example. It’s also not uncommon for test results to be wrong or inconclusive for whatever reason.
