Few missed points, we are both uk nationals and the loan calculator on the .gov site says she should be eligible for £4400 based on circumstances.

We have just looked back over the evidence requirement and it appears we did indeed miss the part about how her condition effects her daily. It also seems to be suggesting they want a doctor to confirm if she is working or not? How could a doctor confirm that? Or wold benefit letters suffice (though we already sent those)
