Hi all, just received my rotations and had some Qs about pay.
So the basic pay for a 40 work week is 28k odd pre tax, can the deanery give a full time rota with <40h and hence pay us less? Is the 28k the same everywhere in England?
Thank you!

Just to add, the only way you can work less than 40 hours (on average) would be if you work less than full time. And obviously LTFT would mean that you're paid less... but they couldn't just force you to go LTFT without asking you!

As above - that's the minimum. There is a relatively small increase in pay if you work in London, but otherwise its the same around England.
In reality only a small minority of rotas will be 40 hours of 'in hours' work - the vast majority would include at least some weekends, evenings, and often nights. I'd personally estimate a typical average wage for FY1 to be about £33k-ish?
