Nottingham city centre things to do

Any ideas of some things my boyfriend and I can do in Notts city centre once things open up? (Not big on clubbing btw)

Their are lots of bars with varying atmospheres including nice chill places you can chat which is a good evening activity alternative to clubbing.

Lots of restaurants, coffee shops & cafes.

Their is a theatre & concert hall.

The castle & the caves, all the more historic tourist stuff.

Random stuff like: cinema, minigolf, relax in a park.
