Pregnancy risks of giving and recieving oral sex without contraception

I am 19 and not currently on contraception due to complications with my periods- this is a medical issue that I am currently receiving treatment for. But I am dating a guy at the moment and would love to both give him oral sex and receive it.

I am aware of the STI risks that come with unprotected oral sex, but how safe would it be for me (from a risk of pregnancy perspective) to give him oral sex and receive oral sex even though I am not on contraception?

We would of course be very aware of hygiene, sperm touching the vagina etc. and would obviously not progress to penetrative sex. What are the realistic risks of pregnancy?
If you're just having oral sex and the sperm isn't going anywhere near your vagina, you won't get pregnant. You cannot get pregnant from ingesting sperm. Oral sex carries a risk of STIs, but if you're already aware of those and practising sex safely you don't have to worry.
