What films do you watch that geniunely comfort you? I'm not talking a Marvel movie or an animation, I mean a film that would comfort you even if you were in the worst situation possible.
I'll knight you if it's a British film (Love Actually doesn't count - that's universally comforting.)

i watched a lot of Spirited Away growing up so it has that going for it too - the association with my childhood - as well as being a brilliant movie with pretty visuals and a sweet story :bubbles:

Chef is my go-to for a feel good film, it gets all the conflict out the way in about 25 minutes and then it's just a happy road trip movie with some incredible food porn.

Kingsman (1 and 2) seeing as everyone else has mentioned all of the other comfort movies

The other woman with Cameron Diaz is ultimately my go to chic flick as is Pitch perfect (1,2 and 3) as you can never go wrong with a Rebel Wilson film, and Bridesmaids

Flushed away was a hell yeah movie back in the 2000s.

I know, but that's still no excuse for somebody over the age of twelve. Unless, of course, you watch the film with children.

It's a fun show for all ages, I still watch flushed away and it's a cartoon, it's nostalgic hence why it brings comfort to some people.
