Does anyone know how to convert High School Diploma percentage grade to International Baccalaureate points?

It really depends on which High School (and what country). I would recommend talking to however is in charge of the high school diploma in your school and ask them.
it also depends a bit on the uni you are applying to
some might convert it in a different way than others
