TOEFL scores vs University English requirements for international students

I've got a conditional offer from the Royal Holloway, University of London. The offer is subject to passing the IELTS test, but due to COVID, I can only take the TOEFL in my country right now. Their TOEFL requirements are 88 overall scores, 18 in reading, 17 in listening, 20 in speaking, and 25 in writing.

I took the test and these are the scores I got: 96 overall scores, 17 in reading, 21 in listening, 30 in speaking, and 28 in writing.

So, my question is: even though I was able to excel in all the parts of the test, except for the reading section in which I'm missing one point to meet the minimum requirement, would I not be accepted by the University for getting 17 instead of 18 in reading?

Should I take the test again?
Hello, I have the same problem. Did you get admission with the above scores?

Hi, Yes, I was admitted. After talking to them about it, a couple of weeks later I got the unconditional offer.
