Dental treatment is so expensive

Shamefully, my teeth are in a bad condition, but I haven't got the money to get them fixed. It sounds disgusting, but basically, the front two are curved inwards, and some are missing. I would love to get dental treatment, but I'm brassic and can only rely on the NHS.

I’m in the US and my teeth were extremely bad but thankfully government covered braces because of how bad they were
