Flat bread, though that’s in Slovenia

We use gluten-free bread - Christian church.

I don't call it communion because I'm not Catholic lol
It's bread...
At Passover, I have matza.

Eastern Orthodox Christians use leavened bread.
Usually a piece of a fresh loaf of bread, but more recently (covid) we get individual wafers
For the Passover Seder we use matzoh crackers (avaliable in Sainsbury's!) but that's at home not in shul. Plenty of non-matzoh baked things will be kosher for Pesach though, it just has to be unleavened, but you need matzoh crackers specifically for your seder.
Bit confused as to why you've blended Passover and Holy Communion as they are totally different things...?

Christians remember the death of Jesus who they esteem to be the Passover Lamb every week, the eating of broken bread and wine/grape juice is symbolic, though Catholics say it actually turns into Jesus body and blood when you take it!
