How to get eyebrows to take longer to grow.

Hi! So I am 14 and I grow quite a lot of facial hair. I have convinced my mom to let me get my eyebrows done about a year ago. And now when I do go my eyebrows are really nice but within a week they grow back again! I try and do my own and think I am quite good, but the eyebrow lady knew that I was cutting the top of my eyebrows and told me to stop, and my mom agreed and told me to stop cutting them too! I was just asking how would I be able to cut my eyebrows subtly. Also does anyone have any tips on how to get my eyebrows to stay the way they are for longer. Like any oils that maybe reduces eyebrow hair growth?? Idk. Please help.
You could get an eyebrow razor, which makes it subtle and not as messy.
