Just a heads up on that, recently banned users won't be made FHs.
A policeman is paid the same as a police woman. A male check out worker is paid the same as a female checkout worker. Most of the talk of the gender pay gap is just middle class women looking for ways to feign oppression or make excuses for them not being promoted.
