Anybody for written consent has obviously never had sex as they would know that it involves constant re-evaluation of consent (in some way shape or form) every time you change position or do something different. Unless you choreographed it which would be the most un-sexy thing ever then it would be impossible to write a contract to cover all of the things you might do.
