I got EDC at A Level and am currently in my second year of a Philosophy degree. Definitely prefer university level a lot more.

It's interesting that you need A Levels to get into a degree and yet you can do better at university level than educational levels beneath it.

Maybe because you focus on one subject rather than 3/4 at the same time. I feel like uni would be a lot easier for me too as I would only have to focus on 1 subject (eventhough it would include a lot of content)

I have 11 GCSEs -- B in English, C in Maths. Nothing below a C for the rest

Hi Anon,

I got CDD at A level, not horrific but nothing amazing. Honestly, I was just glad to pass.

However, I now have a 1st class undergrad degree and am working towards my MA!

ALevels aren't always the be-all and end-all!

All the best and good luck with your degree,

I got CCD/CDD (can't actually remember which) at A Level, 2.2 in my BSc and a high merit in my MSc, so yep, definitely do-able
