It'll maybe just be an internal system for your school to flag up things teachers might need to know - our registers had flags for SEN, allergies, health conditions in general, pupil premium, any things that might be sensitive to certain students, all sorts of random stuff that it pulled from the overall system. Given all that sensitive information students weren't allowed to see that part of the register though, so if you've seen it then it's probably indicating something else even more benign like you having a bus pass or something like that!
