We all know GCSEs are off but my school has conveniently decided to give us 30 'mini assessments' instead.

For English, I've got to do an English language assessment (only questions 1-7a, no comparison question) and an English literature assessment on A Christmas Carol.

Soooo, my question is does anyone know where I can find some good model answers for A Christmas Carol? (and maybe some model answers for language papers too if that's possible!) My exam board is Edexcel. I just find I learn much better if I can see how someone else has written something and take some *inspiration*

Thanks

From what we've been shown in school, my exam board (AQA) send out sample student answers from a range of grades, so the teachers can see what type of answers get what grade each year. Maybe you could ask your teachers if Edexcel have any of these, or if not, trawl the web, as I'm sure AQA would make theirs accessible? We've been shown two poetry essays, one that got full marks. Hope this helped
