No appetite?

I have no desire to eat less or lose weight. I'm happy as I am, I don't stress over my weight. However in the last few weeks I've had no appetite. When it comes to meals I take about three mouthfuls and feel full and sick even if the food is lovely and I want to eat it. I've basically been force feeding myself to make sure I'm getting enough nutrition but I feel so sick when I eat. Any ideas what could cause this or how to fix it? I don't want to start losing weight

Maybe try being more active if you’re not doing any exercise to build up an appetite! You could try having liquids like smoothies, milkshakes, protein drinks or soup if that’s easier. Also, snacking throughout the day rather than having to sit down to a big meal might help xx
