Worst by what measure. Employment prospects, crime ect..

From my own experience I would say Bradford. It is a hotbed of crime and deprivation and a frankly foreign feeling city which has produced dozens of terror suspects. It is almost everything I dislike politically in physical form.

For the scale of homicide and violent crime though there's a fair argument for parts of London.

For employment prospects, parts of the north east.

Belfast beats Bradford hands down when it comes to terror suspects.
