exams start in a few weeks and I literally cannot look at a book for more than 5 seconds.
I'll be sitting As Physics, A level maths, IGCSE business studies and IGCSE ICT and I'm 100% gonna fail maths and physics.
my IGCSE grades from last year are meh (1A* 1A 3B)
I don't have the grades to get into a uni here (Egypt) or to go abroad.
is my life over or do I have any other options for getting into a university other than resitting exams.

I think the best way to get into university is by taking the A Level exams. 
I'd say do a lot of past papers, and no need to spend time reviewing through your book. Once you get the hang of it, you'll realise most of the questions are similar/repetitive with different values. Memorise all the formulas for maths and physics. Hope it helps! Good luck with your exams, I'm very sure you can do good
