The 0.74 g cm-3 is only important information if you plan to use a separating funnel and will not be used in this calc.

It is a simple molar calc. with the added headache of there being a yield to consider.

There are a few ways to do it, but I'd...

Work out the number of mol of product, using the given mass and the Mr, which you can work out.
Work out the number of mol of reactant needed to make that many mol of product. This shouldn't be too difficult as it is a 1:1 reaction.
Then factor in the fact that you only make 64.0% of the amount of product you'd expect to make. Hint: will you need more or less mol of reactant?
Convert that amount into a mass. You have just worked out the amount and can work out the Mr of the alcohol.
