Right soo. I've got a conditional offer from one of my university choices, saying that I need to successfully complete my current courses. I've heard that it means getting a C grade in all subjects, but I have a predicted grade of D for one subject which I can't change.

Is it possible for me to still get in?

Completing the course means that you get a grade. There’s no condition about what the grade is.
