Job interview (PGCE TRAINEE)

Hello! Could you please tell me who will probably have priority? I am a trainee at school, the job has been advertised, there are two trainees and two internal candidates: one UPS3 agency teacher and one fixed-term (I guess) MPS6 teacher at school. I think an UPS3 guy has priority, that’s why I haven’t even applied

No one will have 'priority'. They ought to pick the strongest candidate but a UPS3 teacher will cost considerably more than an NQT which means schools are often reluctant to employ them
