can I take A level exams privately?

if I want to take three A-level exams, can I do so privately? As in I don't need the whole school curriculum and will be studying for them by myself as that will not be a problem. Is there a reliable place or centre I can book for the exams? And how will I be submitting coursework?
What subjects are you wanting to take?

You want to take exams this year or for next year? Theres not many places left for private candidates this year since all grades have to be submitted by then 18th June (or around that time) and there's not much time left

Bio, chem and maths
OK, this is more tricky. For biology and chemistry you will need to find somewhere that you can do the practical element. You need to do lab practicals and pass those as well as pass the theory papers. Most science degrees at university won't accept you if you haven't passed the lab practicals.

How old are you and in which region of the country do you live, roughly?

The best solution for you might be to register with a college which offers A Level courses.

Any exam centre (all secondary schools or colleges in England, Wales & NI plus some private places that specialise in it) can accept private candidates. You pay them and they organise everything. As a previous poster has said, you'll almost certainly need to get the practical endorsement for Biology and Chemistry and that limits the places that will accept you and also makes it much more expensive - £1,000 to take Biology or Chemistry including the practical endorsement is not unusual and it can be more..
