our school calls it philosophy and ethics, but i think it combines to make RS (its just one course, idk why my school does that tbh)
Personally i love the a-level, I think especially combined with my other subjects, I can definitely use to help secure a place at med school.
Ik ppl in the year above me who used the things they learnt from it in their interviews for medicine and got an offer, and my brother did it and got all offers for law, so i would argue you can use it!! Tho this is for uni, im not going to pretend ik anything about getting a job straight after doing alevels.
Generally, it does make you more coherent as there are more mark for evaluating etc then there are just spouting knowledge.
So, its useful. In terms of enjoyment, i love it, we frequently have class debates which are rlly fun and ofc provoke 'deeper thinking.' Some ppl swapped from psychology to Philosophy and Ethics (remember its one course, which combines to give RS) and they are all extremely glad they did, however i never did psychology so idk myself.
The hardest thing is probably the format of the test: you only get 4 questions, of which you answer three and theyre all 40 markers, which can be quite daunting.
Remember tho, im basically talking about RS, the seperate just philosophy course is different i think, I dont do it + my school doesnt offer it.

I would just like to take the opportunity to say thank you. So many memories on this blog. And to this, it's only been 43 days and now we're closing it due to the fact the limit is 500 pages and 10k posts. Wow guys we spent way too much time on here lol. So many funny memories and the occasional S and Laiba arguments
The drama on here kept rising near the end but we ignored it and got on with our lives and had a fun time. Sure there were highs and lows, ups and downs but that's what life is about and I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to share it with you all!
You guys are so amazing and have helped me through my highs and lows and this past year I've been through a lot but being with you guys has been great and you guys have made me feel so happy and amazing and I really appreciate all u've done for me and I say this with meaning it feels like a blessing from the Lord above to have met you all and to be able to call you my friends.
Now, why don't we go over to the new blog and cherish the moments we had on this one. This blog shall always be in my memories - so many things happened here I'll never forget! So many happy memories of this blog. Can't believe it was 43 days ago when I made the op hehe - and how amazing it looks. Looking back through the pages makes me so happy and brings so many memories.

I would just like to take the opportunity to say thank you. So many memories on this blog. And to this, it's only been 43 days and now we're closing it due to the fact the limit is 500 pages and 10k posts. Wow guys we spent way too much time on here lol. So many funny memories and the occasional S and Laiba arguments
The drama on here kept rising near the end but we ignored it and got on with our lives and had a fun time. Sure there were highs and lows, ups and downs but that's what life is about and I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to share it with you all!
You guys are so amazing and have helped me through my highs and lows and this past year I've been through a lot but being with you guys has been great and you guys have made me feel so happy and amazing and I really appreciate all u've done for me and I say this with meaning it feels like a blessing from the Lord above to have met you all and to be able to call you my friends.
Now, why don't we go over to the new blog and cherish the moments we had on this one. This blog shall always be in my memories - so many things happened here I'll never forget! So many happy memories of this blog. Can't believe it was 43 days ago when I made the op hehe - and how amazing it looks. Looking back through the pages makes me so happy and brings so many memories.
Thank you guys for everything. And now to my friends, here are some special thank you's.
