Internet Of Things related questionnaire for University Course

Currently I am carrying out a research assignment for my University course, and I am required to do an online survey/questionnaire about how the internet of things and how it can track employment.

If the questionnaire is somewhat applicable, would you be able to complete it at some point; if not obvious from assumption once I'm done with the assignment any data collected would be deleted. It is in a google form and the link is below
