Arghhh, made a mistake on my personal statement. Please Help.

It's not a big deal, no.

My tutor even admitted to me that he doesn't read personal statements until the day of the interview, and then condenses the entire thing to a few words that will remind him what to ask about in the interview.

Don't worry at all. My friend's PS was terrible, she had grammatical and spelling errors all over it and she is now studying medicine after being invited for 3 interviews. They won't penalise you for one silly mistake!!

Instead of worrying make sure you work extra hard at preparing the interview ok? Just let it go, there's nothing you can do about it now. Would you be allowed to send an amended version? You should still ring to find out. Otherwise, don't stress, the interviewers are busy people and they'll have thousands of statements to trawl through. I doubt this will be something they lose sleep over and neither should you!
