Although, these threads are annoying it’s best to simply tell the user that the papers are locked or report the thread instead of telling them to shut up.

Perhaps it would be helpful for TSR to remind contributors of the 'rules' of the discussion forum? If contributors don't appreciate that what they are doing could result in a serious breach of their uni's assessment regulations a gentle reminder might help.
