I got 19 at interview and 78% for access course. I rang registry about an hour ago ( couldn't help myself!) told the girl I was on the reserve list for adult nursing, she said those on the reserve for adult wont hear until at least friday because they are still sorting it all out and to feel free to ring on the monday....more waiting :s-smilie:

Awh no way I'm going on holiday tonight lol means I'm going to have to have my phone with me constantly. This waiting is awful. Good luck btw

Rang in today and was speaking to a lovely lady who was able to tell me that my confirmation letter is in the post. So relieved. so excited for september.

aww thats great news! at least you don't have to worry anymore, you'll have that all important letter in your hand very soon! well done!! :smile:

I'm an access student with 77% in my course and a score of 18 in my interview. I've heard no word yet and I wondered if any access students have heard yet? What's your interview score? This waiting is doing my head in !!

Thanks Mariec and Sabsbabs1... Been an awfully long wait, but here's to a great 3 years, long hours, lots of study, kids and hubby to look after, but hey, life is meant to be challenging, isn't it?? See you in a couple of weeks! This forum has been my saviour throughout the whole process...

Hi all, just wanted to let you's know i got a phone call today from registry offering a place in Mental Health Nursing - i was reserve. I actually turned it down as i was offered a place doing Midwifery but they are phoning! Good luck x

Hi cupcakes i reckon they are sorting out the mental health and childrens nursing first as they are smaller and then tackle the adult nursing as it is larger, id say it really will be Friday before we hear xx

I only gave my home no on the app form and I'm working all day tomorrow and Friday - I am freaking out wondering would they leave a message to call back or if u don't answer do they scrub u off the list and move onto the next candidate - i'm too afraid to phone and give an alternative no. incase they think i'm being presumptious - I don't know what to to?????any advice anyone

I REALLY don't think they'd give away your place just because you wouldn't answer your phone! I'm sure they'd leave a message for you to ring them back. So don't worry (easier said than done, I know!).
I'm on reserve for children's too. The wait is sooo hard. If anyone hears from children's, please let us know asap.

phone them, they will appreciate it, stops them wasting time phoning you!
