I have managed to get to stage 9 but I'm now totally stuck and it wont let me go any further. It wont let me confirm my course details, anyone else have this problem?
Do you need to pay for uniform in cash or do they take cards? Cash, I am like 99.9% sure... Will they have really small uniforms cos i'm tiny!! yes, but you may have to try on quite a few, they order them for you, you don't get them on the day, no-one does, so don't worry about it. When can we apply for our bursary, and how? Queens sorts all that out, and it will be explained the induction week, starting the 13th... Lastly, (for now) will there be anything else really important in the induction week, cos i'll be working and would hate to miss anything. The induction week, the 13th September... you have to attend it all, it is all important, and you get a serious amount of information. I am pretty sure, that there is a register, not entirely sure... may be wrong.
good.....cant get to enroll though...by the looks of things they had the sames problem last year....
yeah!! grrr.... they where dire last year!! haha... I couldnt do it, and just did it at the enrollement session, the man doing mine said that it was cos we where the only ones enrolling before the 10th.
Don't worry if you don't get it done before, they do it at the session

Thats great Louise...thanks for that....at least I have the reg details all sorted.....you have been brill with all the info...it is greatly appreciated
Hi all congrats on getting your place Kat I'm sure your all chuffed. I haven't got any phonecalls so it looks like I'm applying next year. Double checked my interview score it was 21. So close yet so far. Just wondering now what to do for a year lol. I have volunteered to work in the childrens hospice so hopefully that works out.
Sindygal, you just never know, people can get calls up to the first week of the course. You'll get so much experience volunteering and it'll show you're dedicated too. I never plucked up the courage to get my interview score, I thought I did really bad at interview but it must've been good after all. I already have a first class degree so I guess I may have been highish up on the list. Make sure you prepare really well for interview, I did loads of research and subscribed to nursing times. You'll get loads of advice on here too. Good luck, and i'm sure the volunteering will stand you in good stead for next year.
Did you have a second choice? I think i remember someone saying that if you where in the reserve list you could be called for either choice, but I could have recalled this wrong.
And it is a legal requirement for them to tell you what resons they have for not calling you if you have all the requirements but calling others who have seemingly lesser requirements.
I'll give the registry another ring tomorrow. I honestly thought that reserve list went by score initially and then by qualification. I'm just so stuck in limbo and I feel like I'm just being fibbed off everytime I ring maybe I should call down lol.

Thanks Louise I don't know why I thought induction week was next week. I'm fine for starting on the 13th so that's a relief. I've got occupational health next tuesday, I hope it doesn't clash with uniform fittings and enrolment! So much to organise. I got my official confirmation letter today, and I need to do my access ni this evening. It better be through by the time i start placement!

don't worry it be's done in about 3 or so weeks... yeah induction week is 13th, next week you only have enrollement and uniform fitting. I wouldnt worry about them clashing, I went to my fitting and enrolment at dfferent times than the times i was asked. They don't really care...
