Trisha, about the bursary forms - can we apply for the dependants grant and parents learning allowance on the forms that they send out or is it just the standard bursary forms.
I need to sort out all my housing benefit stuff too, not looking forward to that!!

Just wondering once the 10 steps on the registering wizard online are completed is that me finished lol ? x

Hey everyone, have just stumbled across this post and wish i had have found it earlier! i am starting adult nursing in sept! had an agonising wait until tuesday evening when i received a fonecall from qub confirming my place! looking forward to meet all of u september start students!

Oh ok....what about clarks shoes, you know the ones with the velcro strap across them, or does the whole shoe have to come up to cover the whole front of your foot...?

Hey there!!! I just got through to them there now and its taking up to 10 working days for them to send thm out!!!!!

My bursary forms are all filled in and ready to go, don't understand how that letter arrived in the post ok yet still no sign today of my uniform fitting details!! I'm going to have to call registry again first thing on mon morning to find out, can't register online yet either because I don't know what my student number is!! Honestly Royal Mail are so unreliable at times!! xo

hey shelly they told me the same thing yesterday, but the only thing is it says on the form that the extra info for dependants doesnt have to be returned within the 7days, we can forward that on later when we receive it....fingers crossed we will have it before 10days and the bursary will be completely sorted...

its not ideal, its not so much placement, but for your OSCE's they check your shoes, and if you spilt something you wouldn't be entilted to anything cos it would be seen as self inflicted

hi.....got bursary forms this morning. As regards the dependants etc...I have to send all long birth certificates in..problem is I have all short certificates.....thats more expense!!!...and as for trying to get through to child benefit to ask for a letter verifying payment............disaster....have been on hold all morning.........oh no wait i have got through and their systems are down.....great.!!
