those groups are just for the injections i think so you'll be in my class without a doubt cuz there one big class of each of the nursing classes if ya get me all the MH health ones are together:smile:

No them groups are tutorial groups, and they will not be crossed. Usually joint classes will be eg a1&2 a3&4 b1&2 b3&4 c1&2 c3&4 etc... In common foundation programmes you will not be seperated into branches. It's quite beneficial to get an insight into practice in the other branches

Hi happytigger
Know what you mean about the nerves, my hands have been sweating for days - sure sign that i'm nervous! But so excited too!
I have to go in for 9 15 cos i haven't got all the letters, student number etc yet, hopefully i won't be late for my first class!!
I'm doing children's too. Think the injections are this week, i'm sure we'll find out for sure tomorrow. Then another a month later, then another 5 months later - into the muscle, ouch:smile:

Can i just double check with everyone - our first class says PFC, i'm assuming that's the Peter Froggatt Centre, around the lanyon building, number 2 on our 'campus map'!
Also, Louise or Jason might be able to help here, how long would it take to walk from MBC to PFC, cos i have to be at MBC at 9 15 and hope to make it to my first class for 10am.
Also, does anyone know which bus would take me to MBC from city centre and where abouts would it leave from? I'll have a look on the translink website to see if i can find out anything.

kat it should only take you 5-10mins to get from mbc to pfc....just go straight up elmwood ave and you will be in front of the lanyon building, sorry i cant help with buses as im walking but if i do find out il post to let u know....hows the nerves holding out....im kinda freakin, lol

Thanks for that Trisha, not too far then.
I looked on the translink page and it's the 9a or b and it only takes 7 mins, so that's not bad. ordered a weekly bus ticket too, £14.50 for unlimited metro use. About the same as i'd spend on petrol, minus the stress of finding parking spaces!
i'm soo freakin too, lol, won't know anyone, but we're all in the same boat and i'm sure everyone will be lovely:smile:

Hey kat I never got all those missing letters either! Luckily i was able to find out my student number and password when i went to the uniform fitting/enrollment last tuesday!
Can't believe we all start tomorrow, it's like starting school all over again where we have to make new friends...I'm excited but soooo nervous now too!
Maybe see you tomorrow
