Nursing at Queens...

Is there anyone else who hasn't heard anything back about their health check?

I am only on the reserve list but i havnt heard nothing bk from the health check. Goodluck to everyone on the reserve list :smile:

hi is there anyone who hasnt received the results but has an offer and knows what happens now? i have 2% under what i was told to have to get in. I went for an occupational health check and received my police check back and everything is clear but i just do not no if i am going to get in with 2 percent under?

any help??

Hi are you applying from access course? You should just bring your results down and hope for the best! I know someone who got lower grades than requested but they had their place taken off them but got a call for feb intake, you should give them a ring see what they say but def bring your results down x

Is anyone else on the reserve list anf got their results?!? What do the ppl on the list do now?!? Do we also go down 2mara and show queens our grades??Im soo confused :frown:

I am hoping for the best!! regarding the health checks, not hearing back is a good sign. They only send u for a health check if u have declared an illness, ive asthma so this is y i got a occupational health check. Apart from that then use should be fine.

Does anyone no wen they have to let people no if they get in this year by??

Cheryl123 you need to contact registry my friend was 1% off the 60% and lost her place last year. It's unfortunate that your in this predicament. My friend was devestated. When you dont meet the criteria then your place will go to a reserve that has :frown:

Like Emma has said you may get a call for February intake. Have you contacted Queens?

said they would be ringing reserves from monday onwards so now the waiting starts...........

Was it very busy? I was able to bring my results down early as I applied through access. I'm on reserve so thanks for the info xx

Yes it was rather busy when i went down considering I was there for just five minutes and there was about six others in at that time, mostly people who were aged 18/19 I think x

Got a letter this morning to confirm my place for September and the date of my uniform fitting, 4th September :smile:

it actually seems real now that I'm going to queens!! :smile:

Got my letter also, enrolment at 10.30 and uniform at 12.30 4th sept! Do we just go to our own Doctor to get Hep B injection before we start?
