Has anyone had an interview for children's nursing yet? My interview is on a March 11th.

Hi Marty

In queens they don't split the branches. They call all suitable candidates to interview. At the end of the interview they ask you to fill in a form with your choices on it.

No I'm not applying until next year. I'm currently doing a two year part-time course.

I've just been watching this thread and the other thread. There one person on here who works in Queens and possibly in the Nursing school and she was able to tell us this. Plus other people who have had there interview have said they had to fill in a form at the end.

Don't worry though they are interviewing right through to end of March. 1600 people this year. They are sending interview dates out in tranches.

Thank you I am fretting about it so much :frown: so if I don't calm myself down I will probably mess it up but it can be a practice run for next time lol I'm even having a meltdown over what to wear nothing seems right
I wonder if it will be the same as previous years when all the unsuccessfuls and the offers go out at the same time - I hate that lol suppose may isn't too far away

Last year was the first year queens started using ucas and they kept us waiting to find out if we were successful or not until around 9pm on deadline day. It was the longest wait of my life. Lol. It might not be as a long a wait this time round but given they were slow to start the interview process it'll prob go right to the last day this year.

Oh my goodness that is a long wait because if I'm not successful I'd like plenty of time to know what to do until next years applications we will all become UCAS stalkers on that day then
