Well I know Sept intake have just finished their placement and are now off until September. And its 2 weeks off at xmas I believe and 2 weeks at Easter. Not sure if this depends in what branch and when your placements land?

I start in September! Cant wait :smile:
But ive had loads of both ulster and queens students in work on placement so ive been sneakily grilling them about uni haha. Its helped loads since they've always been so helpful. Had a look at the portfolio too, seems a fair bit but its so useful :smile:
So ive been on the open day as well so think ive gotten all the info I wanted really! Need anything else just ask. Theres a couple of qub students on here as well.

Im starting in Feb but im hoping ill get offered a Sept place... Still happy either way! Im.freaking out about the work load like gegting back into the swing of essays and all! The open day was really useful, great to see what our uniforms will look like ! :biggrin:

We had two weeks off at Christmas, one week off at Easter and ten weeks in the summer. Timetable is currently Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri. :smile:

When I rang them to discuss my loan they said info will not be sent out until after results day next month and then they will organise occy health appointments and uniform fittings etc.
As I also asked whats taking so long when I have an unconditional but they said its the same for everyone.

Yup! Its driving me mad as i have no idea when to hand in my notice as on the website it states that for nursing and midwifery the induction and start dates are different from all other courses. So now im worrying about getting the time off work to go to induction etc as i work Mon - Fri.
But nothing is sent out until after results.
So more waiting!
I have had my occ health already but maybe that's because I had something on my form. I am in scotland at the minute and I was messaging queens via Facebook and they told me that registration is the 9th of sept and it's compulsory because they do uniform fittings that day also. Classes start on the 22nd of sept.

Does anyone know how quick after a level results are out that qub contact u regarding reserve list? And do u know will they tell u where on the list you are? Holding out hope
I'm wondering the same flymo! Clinging on to a little bit of a chance lol but preparing my application for next year already

have you heard back? I have been offered a place through reserve list subject to verification of qualifications does anybody know if you can keep the place if you have to resit? I have all my qualifications except maths gcse which I am waiting on results for but I don't feel confident to be honest my offer is for feb 2015 so I would have time to resit in November but do they allow this or do you just lose the place? :frown:

Spoke to admissions id lose my place - think I failed my maths will have to wait and see! Will try again next year if I have xx

Hiya check your wmails as they emailed me and I only had until 10am the following day to confirm! No phone call unless I missed it

What does rank mean? Lol I got it yesterday but only noticed it this morning as I was checking something else

In order of interview score and if many are sitting with same score it will go on highest grades that's what I was told it means and they ring you direct... U hear so many diff stories
Oh I see what you mean that is strange! They called me back and confirmed it is conditional on my maths unfortunately so it looks like I will be applying again for next year! :frown:

U never know studycrazy u might surprise yourself don't know whether to ring them Tomor and ask about reserve list
