yeah they did, and i got a conditional offer. I dont understand why they can tell you alig, maybe the person on the other side couldnt be bothered to look it up, phone again, I think they have to tell you.

I know, the lady just said that they are only telling people with reserve places, so I just left it at that, dont want to annoy them and they take my place back!

What did you say to them Sabsbabs1?

I phoned and said i was wondering about the access NI payment, then asked if I could get my interview grade, they said no problem, the lady looked it up and then told me what i got.

i got 20. was hoping that when the letter arrived the waiting would all be over but now we just got an extra few months to deal with!
you know what date the sept intake is due to start?
O well then u were very close to gettin an offer you are still very much within a good chance, i say when u get your grades u,ve made it. I think it is the middle of sept so if u get accepted for Sept at end of August dosnt give much time.

Well i'm coming 33, started the access at 31, and the two years fly by. I really have enjoyed it, i have met some great people, and the course has been really interesting.

Some of the people on my course have went into nursing, some social work, one is doing a history degree, another arceology, and another spa management, so the opertunities are great.

nnicc the sept intake starts 13th sept.

lynniec I would say def go for it, if nursing is what you want to do, we have just gone through the process of applying, interview stage and offers at the mo, has been stressful but I think worth it when we finally start and have a good career. I def feel like nursing is vocation so think only you can know if it is the right move for you.

Good luck with what you decide!
