Help inform Ofqual on remote invigilation

Hi guys, :wavey:

Ofqual are currently undertaking research about remote invigilation (RI). They are trying to better understand how RI works in both theory and in practice.

Online remote invigilation essentially recreates the exam hall experience online.

Ofqual are looking for learners who would like to participate in a short remote interview with one of their researchers.

The intention would be to have an informal and open discussion, lasting for 15-30 minutes, during which they share your experience and your views. They hope that this work will have a beneficial impact on their understanding of how learners experience remote invigilation and therefore inform their approach to regulating qualifications moving forward.

They would be very grateful to hear from any learners who would be willing to participate. This could be a really cool opportunity to have your voice heard about the future of remote qualifications so I thought I would share this with you guys in case anyone was interested in having their voices heard!

If you're interested in getting involved you can contact the research team directly at [email protected]. Just drop the email address above confirming your age and then one of Ofqual's research team will be in touch with you around next steps!

Please note that participating learners must be 18 or over.
