once you leave your college, and then want to re-apply to university through UCAS. Will the college be able to provide it e.g. sending the applications?

Yes, colleges are UCAS centres and can provide exactly the same service as you would have had at school.

ah nice, I was kind of concerned that my sixth form college won't provide it since I left it last year...
They *can* do that but it’s up to them if they *will*.

You need to ask them directly if they’ll provide you with a reference and how they want to do that. They’ll tell you the buzzword if they want to do it that way
