does anyone know what the teachers will be using in our final exams.
Whether it will be a past paper, a combination of them or mini assessments

it depends on your school - mini is doing the mini assessments (which essentially are a mixture of different past paper questions)

My school made the papers. So don't rely too heavily on other people's exams.

It will be impossible to find the questions. First of all each department within your school will take their own approach for example my Economics Department used the AQA online resource materials, whereas my science department created the questions from Scratch. Even if every one of your school used a selection of past paper questions or even the online ones it will be a hell of task identifying and learning every possible question. Therefore I advice to not put too much hope in gaining prior knowledge of the questions and simply start studying
