cant sleep any tips

The one thing that has helped me most with insomnia is reading research that shows that even just resting with your eyes shut is nearly as good for you as sleeping.

If I can’t sleep I put on a podcast or similar (nothing too interesting) and just try to rest and listen with my eyes shut. Half the time I end up falling asleep because I’m not stressing out about not sleeping. And even if I don’t drop off I still feel rested and not completely frazzled.
