Tenancy Takeover
Hello everyone. I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at Newcastle MansionTyne student accommodation.
I have booked the studio for £136 a week (all bills included). The current price of the studio is £148 so it'd be a very good deal if anyone would like to takeover my contract and you won't need to pay any deposit. You also get a good view of the Quayside!! The tenancy starts from 11/09/2021 until 02/09/2022 (51 weeks).
The accommodation is a very short walk from Northumbria University, city centre and the quayside and there's plenty of parking spaces around the area if you drive.
