The downside of being an agency worker under a recruiter.

The best part of being an agency worker is it allows you to experience different environments in numerous companies that will help you to learn from every company. In addition, you can tell your recruitment agency to leave the company if you don't like it.

The biggest downside is that the job security is very weak. So even if you enjoyed this work environment and your work performs an excellent standard, you never know when it's going to be your last day. You should expect a call from your agency after work to tell you that they don't need you anymore.

Today, the company decided to get rid of me after five days of joining by contacting my agency. They got rid of me because they found a new permanent full-time staff and I haven't done anything wrong as I asked the recruitment agency. There are other agency workers there, but most are not the same agency I'm with.

Yes, I enjoyed this workplace, and I got along with a few staff despite my very short time there. Pretty disappointed!
